Funny, I’ve been thinking about this word a lot lately and and toyed with a post. But it’s all here.

Guilt has one use to me: a call to action. If I have no intention or capacity to change the thing I’m feeling guilt over, then out the door with that time wasting emotion. If however it motivates me to make a change for the better, it has a place.

But I am certainly not allowing it to make a place for itself in my name.
