		<description><![CDATA[Funny, I&#039;ve been thinking about this word a lot lately and and toyed with a post.  But it&#039;s all here.  

Guilt has one use to me: a call to action.  If I have no intention or capacity to change the thing I&#039;m feeling guilt over, then out the door with that time wasting emotion.  If however it motivates me to make a change for the better, it has a place.  

But I am certainly not allowing it to make a place for itself in my name.]]></description>
