We need to encourage everyone to develop the ability to always say no period! No need to explain, justify or defend just say no and move along the rest is verbal nonsense that we will run through our mind over and over, let’s all remember to say and support one another in using the word no.

I often get asked to cover shifts at work, and it’s hard for me to say no when I don’t want to take them, but then get berated later because I could’ve used the hours and the extra money. It’s just interesting that even when you do say no, you can feel so guilty about it.
