I often get asked to cover shifts at work, and it&#039;s hard for me to say no when I don&#039;t want to take them, but then get berated later because I could&#039;ve used the hours and the extra money. It&#039;s just interesting that even when you do say no, you can feel so guilty about it.]]></description>
